Returns Policy

You may initiate a return or replacement for items that arrive physically damaged, defective, or incorrect within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. A continuous unboxing video is mandatory to validate your claim, as requests made after this 48-hour window or without video documentation cannot be entertained. For exchanges, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2 to 3 business days, and your replacement will be dispatched once the original item is received and inspected, typically arriving within 10 to 15 business days.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 to 12 business days of your return reaching our Chennai warehouse. This time period includes the 3 to 5 business days required for our quality inspection and the 5 to 7 business days it typically takes for your bank or payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) to reflect the credit in your account. If a replacement statue is out of stock, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or an alternative item of equal value.

Shipping

We ship our fine-casted statues worldwide, with domestic delivery taking 5 to 10 business days and international shipping taking 10 to 20 business days (DDU basis). Ready-to-ship items depart within 3 to 5 business days, while custom orders require 15 to 30 days for fresh casting and preparation.

Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout, with all items receiving premium multi-layer packaging or wooden crates for safety. To protect your investment, high-value orders are insured; however, you must record a continuous unboxing video and report any damage within 48 hours to remain eligible for a claim or replacement

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
