This website is operated by TIARA HANDICRAFTS & HOME DÉCOR, a unit of TIARA TRADING COMPANY. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TIARA HANDICRAFTS & HOME DÉCOR. Orders placed under international shipments outside of India will include international shipping charges, as applicable.

At Tiara Handicrafts, we take immense pride in the quality of our fine-casted statues. To ensure they reach you in pristine condition, we follow a rigorous packaging and shipping protocol.
1. Processing and Handling Time ● Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
● Made-to-Order/Custom Castings: For items that require fresh casting or custom polishing, the lead time can range from 15 to 30 days. You will be notified of the specific timeline at the time of order.
● Packaging: Due to the weight and intricate details of our brass and copper gods, we use premium multi-layer packaging, including bubble wrap, foam sheets, and high-strength corrugated boxes. Larger or heavier statues are shipped in custom wooden crates for maximum protection.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
● Coverage: We ship to most pin codes across India via reputed courier partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC).
● Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, domestic orders usually take 5 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.
● Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the statue and the delivery location. These will be displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
● Global Delivery: We ship our handicrafts worldwide.
● Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
● Transit Time: International shipments typically take 10 to 20 business days to arrive, subject to customs clearance procedures in your country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a Tracking Number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
5. Transit Insurance & Damage Claims
Your satisfaction is our priority. Because these are heavy metal items, we take the following precautions:
● Insurance: High-value shipments are insured against total loss or theft during transit.
● Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim any refund or replacement for damage during transit, you must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you start opening the package/crate.
● Reporting Damage: Any damage must be reported to us at tiaratradingcompany@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9042414096 within 48 hours of delivery. Without a clear unboxing video and timely reporting, we cannot process damage claims with the insurance/courier company.
6. Address Changes and Incorrect Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number (+91 or international code) are 100% accurate. Tiara Handicrafts is not responsible for non-delivery or return-to-origin (RTO) cases resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges in such cases will be borne by the customer.
