This website is operated by TIARA HANDICRAFTS & HOME DÉCOR, a unit of TIARA TRADING COMPANY. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TIARA HANDICRAFTS & HOME DÉCOR. Orders placed under international shipments outside of India will include international shipping charges, as applicable.

Domestic shipping (within India) will be chargeable at ₹99 for all orders below Rs.2000/- and will be applied accordingly during checkout. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. In case there are any issues with the delivery/package it has be brought to our attention within 24 hrs from the time of delivery. For international orders, any Customs Duty/Import Tax/GST charges should be borne by the customer as it is not under TIARA HANDICRAFTS & HOME DÉCOR or our shipping partners control and is levied by the government of the City/State/Country of the customer. Note - This import tax depends from country to country and it is based on the invoice value - You can check for the exact value from DHL. Track your order - Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You may use the link to track your order once it is dispatched. PIN Code serviceability - During checkout, we will run a background check with your PIN code for serviceability. In case of inserviceability, you can place your orders offline with us, we will get them delivered to you by other means. Our delivery partners - To ensure safe delivery of products and on time delivery, we associate with reliable partners who handle the complete transit insurance of the package for delivery like BlueDart/Indian Post/FranchExpress (for Domestic), DHL (for International). Custom Duty / Import Taxes Policy Customs, Duties, and Taxes Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged by our store and are the responsibility of the recipient. For customers in the United States (or any other country): Customs fees vary by country and depend on the total value of your order and the category of products purchased. Please check with your local customs office to estimate applicable charges before placing your order. Our store cannot predict or reimburse customs duties or import taxes applied by your country’s customs office. Orders may experience delays at customs if fees are pending or additional documentation is required.
