At Tiara Handicrafts and Home Decor, we strive for perfection in every cast. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. Please review our specific timelines for returns and exchanges below.
1. Return Window
● Duration: All return or replacement requests must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by our courier partner.
● Condition: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive physically damaged, defective, or incorrect.
● Mandatory Requirement: A continuous unboxing video is required to validate any claim. Requests made after the 48-hour window or without a video will unfortunately not be entertained.
2. Refund Credit Timeline
Once your return is received at our Chennai warehouse and passes a quality inspection (to ensure it is the same item in the same condition as reported):
● Processing Time: We will initiate the refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the item.
● Credit Arrival: Depending on your bank or payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking), it typically takes an additional 5 to 7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
● Total Timeline: You can expect the funds back in your account approximately 10 to 12 business days after we receive the returned statue.
3. Exchange Policy & Timelines
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item and prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
● Exchange Window: Like returns, you must request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
● Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the specific Brass or Copper statue is out of stock, we will offer you a choice between a refund or a different item of equal value.
● Exchange Delivery Timeline: * Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup within 2 to 3 business days of approving your request.
○ New Dispatch: Your replacement item will be dispatched after the original item reaches us and is inspected.
○ Total Delivery: Generally, you will receive your exchanged product within 10 to 15 business days for domestic orders.
